Dear Mohammad,

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to cost for your restaurant design project.
Following our meeting on Wednesday 12th October 2022 and the measurement survey made on Friday 14th October, we understand that the restaurant and kitchen area is about 33 sqm and that you would like a design proposal for the entire restaurant with a total area of about 16 sqm except for the kitchen area.
As discussed, you would like to replace floor, ceiling, and wall finishes, add decorative wall items, keep the gas cabinet, and add a counter to it. You would also like to change the lightings, relocate the main counter and cut the cold display into half size, and change the window-frame colors. Furthermore, kitchen and dining areas shall be separated by a door, and digital display menus will be kept. The lose furniture including chairs, tables, and trash bin will be replaced.
You mentioned that the project is located in a Grade II building and the above-mentioned changes are permitted.
We will also suggest a theme feature, which will add more taste and enhance the look and feel to your restaurant.
We would therefore like to offer the following design package for you restaurant project:


Design Proposal


We will come back to you with an overall plan, complete with sketches, swatches, renders, and all that good stuff so that you can get an idea of what we have in mind for your space. We shall consider an allowance of up to 1 changes in this phase.


We will prepare the preliminary drawings including general plan, floor and ceiling plans, elevations, and lighting plan. (The drawings are for information only, and the builder is required to check all dimensions on-site and propose materials with commercial use specifications prior to any construction work)

Specification and Quotation



This is the phase where we sit down and talk about what you intend to create. This phase incudes 1 x site visit and a full survey.

Cost: £2,500 (Say Two Thousand Five Hundred GBP) no vat
