Sheikh Zayed Housing is a concept for development of social housing program along Sheik Zayed Road . The concept consists of three types, including two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom houses.

 The design is inspired by the traditional architecture of Middle East region, giving sufficient space to the courtyard with pool, parking spaces, and green. Wind catchers represent an iconic element of oriental architecture in this concept.

Design and development of the concept was assigned by Municipality .
